What we are looking for!
A Store Manager with experience in a high volume sales environment. You will have a passion for the retail industry, customer service and Barbequeing! 2 years proven experience in managing and developing a team, a strong team player aswell as a Manager. Organisational skills are a must with the ability to use business acumen and industry knowledge to respond to trade performance and changes within the different seasons.
You will be responsible for:
Coaching and mentoring all team members to achieve the targets of your store, assist in driving in-store promotions and marketing initiatives along exceeding the customers expectations.
To be successful you will:
Put the customer first, have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, be capable of developing and driving your team and must be available over a 7 day trading period.
